Terms of use

• Give accurate details and keep your sign-in credentials to yourself.
• One membership per person. Your TESG number identifies you to partners.
• Activation codes and printed card QR codes are single-purpose credentials. Do not share, copy or resell them.
• You can close your account at any time by writing to contact@tesg.in.

• Points are a membership benefit, not money. They have no cash value, cannot be transferred or withdrawn, and cannot be exchanged outside TESG.
• Welcome points and earning rules depend on your card type, tier and plan.
• Points follow your card for 12 months from activation.
• If a booking is cancelled within the allowed window, the points used are returned to your wallet.
• We may correct a balance that was credited in error, and we may suspend a wallet we believe is being misused.

• Care is delivered by TESG teams and independent partners. The partner is responsible for the service they provide and for their own professional standards.
• Availability, prices and session formats can change.
• Please cancel in good time if you cannot attend; repeated no-shows may limit access.
• When a booking shows an UPI amount due, that amount is collected by Razorpay at confirm. Points-only bookings are not charged. Plan switches (Plus/Pro) stay free in this version. Wallet top-up is not sold here.

• Saathi Assist offers supportive guidance. It is not a doctor, not a therapist and not an emergency service, and it does not diagnose or prescribe.
• In an emergency, or if you are thinking about harming yourself, contact local emergency services or one of the helplines the assistant shows.
• Do not rely on the assistant for medical, legal or financial decisions.

Do not misuse the platform: no attempts to break security or access other members' data, no scraping or automated abuse, no unlawful, abusive or harmful content, and no reselling of TESG benefits.

We work to keep TESG available but we cannot promise uninterrupted service. We may update, add or withdraw features. When we change these terms materially we update the version above and ask you to agree again the next time you sign in.

We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms or puts other members at risk. You may close your account at any time; unused points are forfeited on closure.

If you are under 18, a parent or guardian must agree to these terms and to our privacy notice before you use TESG.
