Privacy notice

Last updated 17 August 2026 · Version 2026-08-14

This notice explains what personal data TESG collects when you use your digital wellness identity, why we need it, who we share it with, and how you can control it. We follow the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 (India).

Who we are

TESG operates the TESG digital wellness identity, points wallet, marketplace of care and Saathi Assist. Our office is at Khasra No 773, Harcharanbagh, BSES Office, Main Road, Near Pocket 'A', Vasant Kunj, New Delhi 110074, India. For questions about your data, write to contact@tesg.in or call +91-8750000151.

What we collect

  • Account details — your name, email address and, if you give it, your mobile number. If you sign in with Google, we receive your name and email from Google.
  • Membership data — your TESG number, card design, tier, plan, points balance and wallet history.
  • Wellbeing assessment answers — your responses to the GAD-7 and PSS-10 style questions and the scores they produce.
  • Bookings and sessions — services you book, appointment times, attendance and any rating you leave.
  • Saathi Assist conversations — the messages you send to the assistant, including voice notes you record, which are converted to text.
  • Basic technical data — information your browser sends when you use the app, used to keep the service working and secure.

Why we use it

  • To create and run your TESG membership and digital ID.
  • To issue, track and redeem points, and to confirm bookings with partners.
  • To show your wellbeing score and personalised recommendations.
  • To operate Saathi Assist and its safety checks.
  • To send service messages such as booking confirmations and reminders.
  • To keep the platform secure and to meet legal obligations.

Who we share it with

  • Care partners and practitioners — only what they need to deliver your booking: your name, TESG number, the service and the appointment time. Partner staff cannot see your points balance, your wallet history, your assessment answers or your Saathi Assist conversations.
  • Service providers — the technology providers that host our database, run the app, deliver email, collect UPI and card payments (Razorpay), generate video meeting links and power the assistant. They process data only on our instructions.
  • Authorities — where the law requires it, or to protect someone's life or safety.

We do not sell your personal data and we do not use it for advertising.

Safety and crisis situations

Saathi Assist is a supportive tool, not a medical service and not an emergency service. If your message suggests you may be at immediate risk, the assistant shows helpline information and the interaction is recorded in our internal safety log so we can improve those safeguards.

How long we keep it

We keep your account data for as long as your TESG account exists. When you delete your account, we delete your personal data, except where a law requires us to keep a limited record for longer.

To delete your account and your data, write to contact@tesg.in from the email address on your account.

Your rights

Under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 (India) you can ask us to:

  • tell you what personal data of yours we hold and who we shared it with;
  • correct or complete data that is wrong or out of date;
  • erase your data when it is no longer needed for the purpose you gave it for;
  • withdraw a consent you gave us, at any time;
  • nominate someone to exercise these rights if you are unable to.

Send any of these requests, or a grievance about how we handled your data, to contact@tesg.in. If you are not satisfied with our response, you may complain to the Data Protection Board of India.

Children

If you are under 18, a parent or guardian must agree to this notice and to our terms before you use TESG.
